Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Return:

Contact support@cheyeslife.com to start a return. If accepted, items must be sent to:

Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
